Taste of the Miami Open

New for the 2016 tournament, Taste of the Miami Open features a variety of stations and dishes from celebrity chefs and local restaurants. Taste of the Miami Open is an all-inclusive pay in advance dining experience that allows guests to enjoy a variety of food options with the flexibility to be on their way to watch the next match at their convenience. Food offerings will include a pasta station from Puntino of Key Biscayne, a seasonal salad bar featuring local Florida farm produce, hearty dishes from Chef Josh Capon, sandwiches and soups from Chef Michelle Bernstein, ceviche from Chef Sam Gorenstein, desserts as well as options for the kids. The meal includes the buffet, soft drinks, coffee, tea, tax and gratuity; with cocktail service available for an additional charge.  Dining vouchers may also be purchased in advance through the Ticket Office.  

Collectors Club Restaurant presented by Fortune International Group and Château Group

At the Collectors Club presented by Fortune International Group and Château Group, members are treated to a fine dining experience with tableside service in our comfortable lounge, dining room or patio. The bounty of several South Florida farms and producers are incorporated into the menu, which includes a range of starters such as Steak Tartare, Charred Spring Rolls with Yuzu, and a Pickled Farm Vegetable Plate with Artisanal Cheese. Fresh sushi, salads and sandwiches may also be ordered, along with entrees such as Sea to Table’s Catch of the Day, Churrasco steaks, Maine Lobster and Local Sweet Corn Risotto.  Other highlights include an extensive specialty cocktail list, late night fare and final weekend brunch specials.   (Available to Collectors Club Members only.
